Carla’s vocal career spans 4 decades. She has performed in various Melbourne and Sydney based bands and played in numerous venues including pubs, clubs and festivals throughout Australia. She is a passionate vocalist and has a repertoire that spans soul, rock, and the blues. Together with her partner Louis, who is an established guitarist and Hammond Organ player, they form the heart of the band called “Carloua”.
Carloua are fortunate enough to be supported by some of the finest Blues artists in Australia. Our band line-up features the incredible talents of Taleb Taleb on drums, and Andrew Ternes on Bass. Together we are “Carloua and the Drivers” and we create our own unique Blues sound. In the last two years, Carla and Louis have focused on writing some original blues material and recording them at LRT Electro Studio on the Mornington Peninsula.
